Sled athletic the slope down or sled romantic in pairs at the night under the starry sky, if you want the rapid method or the comfortable one: in the winter at the Achensee you can choose from 5 different nature toboggan runs all between 800 m and 3,5 km long. Fun for every age group.
If want to have it relaxed than use the Pertisau sledding-express instead of walking the whole way up, from the beginning of the toboggan all the way up to the “Rodelhütte” – where you can borrow sleds. In Achenkirch there is a lift to the starting point.
A special experience is sledding at night. 4 tobbogan runs in Pertisau, Maurach, Steinberg and Wiesing are open the whole week and lit at night. In Achenkirch you can sled at night at the Christlum-Alp on Wednesdays.
