Check-in: the rooms are available at 2 pm. Of course, you are very welcome to arrive earlier, to leave your luggage in the Hotel Christina and let us take full advantage of your Achensee vacation.
Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00. Also on the day of departure we are happy to put your luggage under and you can still spend this day with us.
The deposit of € 200, - per room due upon reservation, please transfer to the account free of charge.

The additional local tax is € 3, - per person / day, children up to 14 years are local tax-free.
Cancellation / Cancellation Conditions
Nobody wants it - and yet it can happen and you have to cancel your holiday. The following cancellation conditions apply at the Hotel Christina:
- Up to 60 days before arrival for free
- 60 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the total travel price less the meal allowance (€ 15, - per person and night)
- 30 days before arrival 100% of the total price minus meals (€ 15, - per person and night)
There is no 14-day right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs 1 Z10 FAGG. Cancellations are only accepted in written form.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance or travel cancellation insurance. It costs only € 5, - per room and booked day and offers you comprehensive travel protection for your booked stay. Important: The insurance premium must be transferred to our account at the same time as the down payment and a corresponding note on the transfer - a subsequent transfer is unfortunately not possible.
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept any goodwill cancellations due to this favorable insurance offer!
We recommend you with the holiday booking the conclusion of a travel cancellation or travel insurance - and can offer you a special insurance package on attractive terms: For only € 9, - per night / room you are extensively insured, if you can not start your journey or the Vacation must stop unexpectedly.
Important: The insurance premium must be transferred to our account at the same time as the down payment and a corresponding note on the transfer. A subsequent transfer is unfortunately not possible.
We thank you for your understanding that we do not accept grace cancelations due to this discounted insurance offer. Detailed information about this insurance is available on request.
Child discounts
The children's prices and / or reduced prices apply per day / child with 2 fully paying persons at night in the booked room of the parents.
- 0 - 3 years: € 5,-
- 3 - 6 years: € 25,-
- 6 - 12 years: 50% discount
- 12 - 18 years: 25% discount
- Occupancy to third: 20% reduction, only on request
If you want to use a double room on your own, the surcharge will be between € 25 and 35, - per day, depending on the room type. The loft offers no discount.
By arrangement you are welcome to bring your dog. The supplement is € 15, - per dog / day (without food). Please understand that no dogs are allowed in the SPA area of our hotel.
Please note in the interest of all guests: All our rooms in the Hotel Christina as well as the restaurant, hotel bar and of course the SPA area are clear "non-smoking zones".
You are welcome to smoke on your balcony or on the covered terrace in front of the house.
The use of our Wi-Fi network in the entire Hotel Christina is free for our guests. The login password can be found in your room folder.
Free parking with a voucher: As a guest of our hotel, you can park at the house. At the reception, we have a certificate of entitlement ready, which you should put in your car, so that you can park for free.
